If you’re planning an event or need space for a fundraiser the Yard Birds Event Center should be perfect. We’ve got more than fifteen-hundred parking spaces, business services and eateries…all under one roof!
The Yard Birds Event Center offers:

The Yard Birds Mall Event Center offers a number of floor plan options…including:
The BIRDS CAGE features 880 square feet and has a seating capacity of 50 persons. Double-doors offer easy access load in/load out. Upstairs lobby, coat closet, restroom and elevator access is also available.
The BIRDS NEST features 4,248 square feet and has a seating capacity of 300 persons. Dual sets of double-doors provide easy access to the space. In addition, the BIRDS NEST has a large white board and a raised band stage. A catering kitchen off the room includes two range units, a microwave, refrigerator, prep counter and wet sink with chafing dishes for serving. Elevator access is also available.
The MIGRATION HALL offers over 28-thousand square feet of event space that is perfect for trade shows, concerts and many other activities requiring large amounts of space. All on the main floor, the MIGRATION HALL has electrical outlets every 23 feet. It offers a well-lit and heated space that is accessible for all types of mobility. It has vehicle access on the south end – and a loading dock with forklift capabilities. Adjacent to the hall are two complete rest room facilities as well as a number of retail shops, cafes and a grocery store with a full-service deli.
The MAIN FLOOR ANNEX offers 12 thousand square feet on the main floor. This space is great for Bands, Parties, and Gatherings
The KIOSKS are a great way to sell or test the waters of a smaller business. Kiosks are fully contained and are a great way to make a few extra dollars.
